its just chasing rising cost of living expenses, I think raising it isnt the problem necessarily, its just bringing it back up to a reasonable level for it to continue to go up

unskilled labor is also not necessarily all the same level of unskilled. There are a bunch of people I work with that deserve more than the standard wage our company gives, since they are actually good at their job, and also a bunch of people that suck ass and dont show up on time or do anything, and should really get paid less
