I used to watch his podcast for a while
It was okay, I watched the first 100 episodes of it, so I've not seen the last many years of it
I watched him way way back, before he became a Twitch loser
His podcast lost me super early on, maybe 5-6 episodes in max

EFAP was a podcast where mauler (they guy who made the 400 hour star wars review for the new movies) and some cohosts watched and made fun of really shitty video essays about films and video games
MatI is more the show about anime and lolcows anyway
they do not do the "making fun of shitty video essays" part as often anymore, so I do not watch very often
the joke with the name is they pause a lot, so its every frame a pause, a reference to some shitty video essay channel (I assume, I've not watched it), called every frame a painting
so notoriously the podcast episodes are usually 6-12 hours long

They go through it in a decently comprehensive way, first stream of 6 hours is going through his history, second stream is the recent stuff
they also have an earlier stream of them going through the documentary and a small 10-20 minute one of them reacting to the fight
