zyton, last time we did one of these, me and dolf won by skybasing for an hour
i'd say, we do drafting, let max have first pick, thus we can get balanced teams but still have some concessions
well, i do know gent didnt want nwrd to be the only serious team, spooky regi and me will likely try as well though
