random teams are worse since it makes the result feel random

it's cooler if you have your boys and you know you're a team from the start

to be clear, i like my team as well, it's just having nwrd as a team is unbalanced and makes the game centered around one team in a non-fun way

either way we can't really reach a decision before max comes online

ye, for sure, but that obv includes both balancing and chemistry and whatnot, and i'd like to reiterate that some people don't think chemistry should be factored in at all, it's uhc after all etc

i'd say, we do drafting, let max have first pick, thus we can get balanced teams but still have some concessions
