Alcohol and marijuana fuck with your brain in different ways. The most basic way to put it is that alcohol is a depressant, while marijuana is a hallucinogen.

That having been said, different types of alcohol affect you differently, different types of marijuana affect you differently, and everyone's individual body and brain will be affected differently by any drug.

yeah, both can be a depressent so that's not too surprising

which that is probably because I was on Adderall from like my 6th birthday until I was like 15, and that stuff stopped doing anything but keep me underweight
