I think I found it to be a shit game because I rented it when I was like 7 or 8 years old and beat it 100% with no guides in two evenings.

kirby 64 seemed boring when I tried to play it

I feel like they had to make death a non-factor because playtesters couldn’t figure out epic yarn’s shitty levels

the ability upgrading makes the game trivially easy

In retrospect, it's not particularly bad, but it's one of the easiest games I've played that actually had gameplay(so not, like, a visual novel) and I was able to complete it 100% without pulling up GameFAQs even once in just two evenings.
