There is still another hour before I normally wake up, and I did 20 minutes of exercise on my exercise bike/treadmill, a 1 hour walk, and a shower

I did loose 20 pounds, I am down from 350 to 330

I thought it was a joke for the awards

I slipped a bit during the winter and am back up to 333

because I stopped going for walks because it was cold

(and ate a lot of christmas chocolate)

I think most people gain a few pounds during christmas so you're fine

but overall I am loosing weight

Still over twice as heavy as me

My goal is to be sub 300 by the end of summer, if not better
