dude, Canada's housing market never crashed like yours did in 2008

with how it was built

House worked fine up until a couple years ago
now its falling apart
So anyways we have towels down everwhere we have to walk, they are soaked
and I am wearing shoes

heavy rain causes water to flow up through the drainage pipe in the garage that leads to the base of the driveway
because the water pools at the base drainage
then physics, the preasure at the base pushes it up the inside drain
so our garage literally self floods
So, we have a solution
the problem is the inside drain is about the same height as the outside drain
our solution was to plastic glue a funnel
so now the drain is h i g h e r
so water should not be able to escape the drain
and if it does, well fuck
there would need to be a lot of water at the base
and we are already probably fucked
