When I lived in WV, we got constant snow from November to March
But in Virginia, especially the DC area, the mountains shield us and we get only a couple storms a year
It's fun though
Everything shuts down
And the streets are filled with people who can't drive

He just abandoned his car
A snow plow will hit it in an hour
