what's your budget, and do you want it to be USB or XLR?
Rode and Audio-Technica are the two brands I think of as a good mid-tier choice
they have higher end stuff too, but you don't need to go for it
mics are a hard thing to reccomend, because it depends what sound profile you want to go for
even before you consider mixing
get a $100-$150 mic, spend $50-$75 on an interface
cardioid mics are what people normally opt for for home use
a shotgun mic would work, but that's more for if you also want to do music with it too
a Audio Technica AT2040 is an entry-level XLR mic, $100
(if you like the sound profile)
watch some youtube videos of the raw feed from some of these mics
if you want something more portable
a nice USB omni mic (similar to the old Blue Snowballs) isn't the worst option either
or something like this, looks pretty simple/portable
USB, so no mixer needed
I personally like mic arms
if you're going to have a more permanent placement for it
but the little desktop stand ones are what some people like more
don't get one that mounts to your monitor, those are dumb
that feels like it's not the greatest deal, but I like Rode, and their NT line is good
the kit doesn't really have any big value adds
pop filter is w/e
cable is $10
and the shock mount is only useful if you also get an arm
but then you're like Pika, Rusp

The only reason I play FFXIV, use GameFAQs, listen to music on Bandcamp, and watch movies on Tubi is to obfuscate that what I'm really doing when they think I'm doing all these, is sending miniscule amounts of code through an onion router over the TOR relay to melt the polar ice caps in 25 years.
