Replying to Gent #gent_. If you’re gonna make mac and cheese at least use the real stuff. Boil macaroni in whole milk (just enough to cover), when it’s cooked throw a bunch of grated cheddar into the pot. That’s all it takes.
gent, every time I boil milk it's like I'm flipping a coin to wether the thing will just rapidly boil over if not stirred every freaking second. and that little wives trick of keeping the wooden stick across the pot doesn't stop it.
