I don't know the exact timeline
of when they take place
but this should be like a thousand years earlier
second age is apparently 3441 years long
according to some lotr wiki I found
gollumn taking the ring (which happens before the hobbit films) takes place in the third age year 2463
so if this is the second age
its at least 2500ish years earlier
at most like 5k
apparently nothing important in history other than rohan kings happened for quite a while
ever play lord of the rings, the third age
