so you have roads that start out going one way, end up going the opposite way

we were planned from day 1

which means everything was well thought out

commercial is well spaced, residential isn't too compact

and there are dots of dense commercial every ~10 miles on a central spline

the problem is, is companies can't exploit it, so they're slowly chipping away and trying to build big mega apartments

so all the city folk who move here can live in boxes and eat bugs
