Replying to Phijkchu_Pikachu #klombak I got made fun of for posting in r/VirginityExchange I'm (23M) genuinely not a good person to date. Ive been ghosted so many times after first dates that I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with me. Although I haven't figured out what. I've tried for years, continually improving myself. I figured I might give that subbreddit a shot, because I dont see myself getting any physical or emotional intimacy otherwise. Instead, someone on my University's (University of Waterloo) subreddit found it and put me on blast making fun of me. The subreddit joined in talking about how the sub was full of hopeless male virgins. I tried really hard to take it in jest, and roll with the jokes. One person in particular poked fun at me for wanting me and my (potential) partner to get tested. It's hard for it not to feel like virgin shaming. Does anyone know how I can legally (purchasing sex is illegal in Canada) and safely lose my virginity without being made fun of? Is it possible? I've given up on actually dating and losing it with someone I would be in a relationship with. This option won't work for me.
did you delete this post on that sub?
That raises a good point, Pika is probably one of the few people qualified to mod that sub
