I think it's probably illegal, but no more illegal that Google operating YouTube is currently
I don't think it should be illegal, for Google to favor Google when serving ads/trackers
because at the end of the day they're neither necessary for site functionality or really beneficial to a person using the site
I am kind of wondering why so much of this is censored
usually it's just for personal info, names and such
I've never seen a court document look like this
to me, this is just out-of touch ad companies getting mad that the internet doesn't work like print-media
so pick who you hate more, them or Google
