this is the best "deal" you'll get buying a prebuilt

they charge you $75 to build it, you pay $100 for Windows, and waste ~$100 on worthless shit
so they're ~$300 more than building it yourself would cost, but you get a legit copy of windows and some fancy RGB crap
maybe drop the CPU down 1 place
but this is a ~$1000 computer that imo would be really good

well, if he was going to upgrade something
larger SSD
upgrading the graphics card from a 3060-3070 doesn't get you much, unless you have a 4k monitor
the CPU will be about as good as you need too
if this was in stock, it might be worth upgrading
but you're not missing out much with the 3000 series instead of the 5000
