I did not realize it skipped leap years on years like 2000 that are divisible by 400
spooky posed a question, if you take the date format as day/month/year, and treat that as division, how many days do you lose

in other words, how many unique combinations of days/(months times years) are there
they should have just restarted the caladar
when they realized we were missing days

went from 8 months to 12, and added leap years
iirc, they also added/removed a week in some year

it's pretty interesting how close we got with leap years

here is a model someone suggested that removes leap years and instead makes leap weeks every 6 years

just adjust all clocks by 1 minute every 3 days

use natural units based in distace
so use meters for time

actually better yet use inverse kg as time
