I downloaded the newest streamlink nightly build that supposedly fixed twitch ads and now it plays the ad for a few seconds then crashes

I think people will figure out getting around these

But it might take some time

when Twitch notices a sharp viewer drop off from their apparent ad spam that they are doing now maybe they will abandon this idiocy

like 20 ads per hour according to some people

It's so high so that when they "ease off" and go to 1-2 per hour

They'll seem like the good guy, and lazy people will just accept it

their viewerbase will be 1/5 previous
