for maximum effectiveness keep the app on hiragana and katakana for kun'yomi and on'yomi

its a good way to solidify that knowledge

but if you don't have that yet it might be difficult

there is a lot of cool information about the japanese language that you can read in that app

each kanji has two sets of pronunciations that are based on chinese and japanese

which one is used is contextual
