I've seen 2 of the scenes in that thread
I'd have to do a full GR calculation to do that properly, do you mean around the earth as in on it or around the earth as in orbit around it
that changes the answer
I do not know that off the top of my head regardless but that changes the answer

probably much smaller
satellites need to adjust their calculations for GPS to GR so its not super negligible
its both
they are moving and they are farther away from the earth so they are dilated by motion, and less dilatated by mass
I've done this problem before I just don't remember the results
