finding some non-gamery RAM isn't hard

monitor is the big one of course, and what you actually want
but there are some nice-to-haves you could pick up
that I don't think your school would say no to
keyboards such a preference thing though, same with a mouse

dropping $140 on a new one isn't always an improvement
