you just have to boot using windows command boot
disable a few options
and it'll turn right on

windows corruption isn't real corruption though

Been running different diagnostics. Current one shows hard drive errors
Was able to fix blue screen via restoring to last sucessful boot
my advice to you, is to not let some program try to automatically "fix" everything
because it's more likely to just wipe your drives, and call it fixed
