I just found this out now writing the poll but apparently I use right shift to capitalize but left shift to select

I dont use ctrl-right so i cannot vote that option even though i use ctrl-left
backspaces a whole word when supported (sometimes it isn't but vast majority of text edit fields do)
only ctrl left is certainly a thing
oh that option means holding ctrl and using the arrow keys
Ctrl+pgup/pgdn are the most useful imo
Moves up/down browser tabs and up/down folder directories
