it's not real suction
you essentially need to just pop the seal on the top
which is why sucking works too
water can sometimes work, or hot/cold compresses
which is why as a kid if you iced a bug bite, it often useals the cap
it takes almost no force, so next time you get one, suck on it for ~3 seconds
and it'll go away in a few minutes
