waking up exactly when you plan is called an alarm, the ability to go to sleep instantly I guess would be useful for optimizing 30 extra minutes into my days but its not that big of a deal, just don't get hurt, I can get hard via my own thoughts I do not need that power, remembering names would objectively be useful to me but its lame, you can already walk silently enough I don't think I need perfect silence
