Induction doesn’t cooperate well with any surface that’s not flat, wide, and specifically made of the right material, and it will turn off automatically from moisture being in it. A flame can have anything on it and get hot, and you don’t have to leave the pan on the same spot for it to work

I found electric too easy to get dirty and tough to clean. Induction is easy to just clean everything all flat. I haven't had any issue with wrong material, idk how my steel works but whatever. I find gas the most intuitive, but that's probably cuz I grew up with gas
