Sometimes you'll also see "avocado salad"
but imo that's just avacado toast

If I am having meat between bread, I am either having a lunchmeat sub, or I am just having a burger
I'm surprised chicken salad was (relatively) low
its definitely my overall favorite
I think I make egg salad most often, because it goes with everything
oh, this poll was inspired by a food truck I saw that sold exclusively "salad" sandwiches yesterday
but didn't have tuna salad
and they were all preachy about it
that harming fish is bad
or actually, it was about "safe fishing"
but the jist was they just really love fish
I feel a little fruity if I make deviled eggs
egg salad solves that
because they're high effort food if you don't half-ass them
to then jsut eat
idk, it's the same reason I wouldn't make a meat and cheese tray for myself
or make like, an actual yogurt parfait
versus just eating yogurt+fruit in a bowl
