When was the last time you shit yourself?
Last time I shit my self, was when I got some stomach bug flu, where I had constant diarrhea, I had a severe feeling of vomiting about to start so I rushed to the sink, I instantly projectile vomited and at the same time it caused me to shit myself

I had a similar thing happen to me, but I did the opposite, where I had food poisoning, had diarrhea sitting on the toilet, and the ejection of liquid out of me made me vomit all over the bathroom floor.
