What am I missing about sourdough bread
I don't think I've ever gone out of my way to pick sourdough when its an option, though it's a good bread I'm not knocking it
it's an upgraded white bread for sure
When I have the choice, I will literally pick the bread that looks most ready to sprout
idk why, but I like the 180 grain 100% fiber bread
it's not even bread
I pick the cheapest option because I don't care
