I have never given a 1, because I think a show that is a 1 would have to make me so rationally angry that I cannot justify even giving it a single point higher
My scale is 9 means extremely good, 10 means extremely good but also I think the show is special
I think the only difference between a 9 and a 10 for me is I actively think about the shows I have given 10s to way more often than the 9s
