Replying to Spooky Phijkchu #spooky.131 but all the Chinamen love repeating themselves 2 dozen times in IEEE format and including more formulas than God intended to ever exist for no reason other than to fill space and waste time
IEEE papers have page limits so you need to fill all that space to look adequate
I'm going to agree with Leg, that's such a common application, I can't imagine there was only one
regardless of the conference
Hear me out
Floatplane
phijkchu dream forme de small. Raccoons was a deep cover mole, and somehow he had admin (guess he was trusted) and was secretly banning people when we were not paying attention.

I knew I'd pick poorly
if I was fancy I'd have a production roll-over so it would be seamless
but alas
yeah it'll be up in 30 minutes or so, depending how long it take to update the database
man I really picked a bad time lol, usually early morning before 7 is a lull
If you gift someone a singular, small gift for Christmas, is it a "Stocking Stuffer"?

those are the same thing
that was why I wrote it like that
but maybe that just made it less clear
Cost is irrelevant. A stocking stuffer is literally something you put in the stocking
it has to be in the stocking
I get 50 dollar steam cards in my stocking
smaller physically, value wise more expensive
it's just something cheap that isn't worth much on its own but is used to inflate the amount you give, to add a bit of filling to the Christmas spirit.
LITERALLY I think it is specifically something like that you put into a stocking. but figuratively you can expand it to mean any type of filler Christmas gift imo (although the true meaning is still only involving the stocking)
I guess I could be argued to agree that you can also possibly use it to decribe a gift that is used to pad the total number of gifts
if it is the only gift, that is by definition the main gift though
I don't agree with that
I think prime "stocking stuffer" like textbook definition photo is candy yeah
