It's probably a bit of selection bias of what to upload, and me not being super up to date with video generating llms but Sora 2 stuff looks super impressive for what seems to be quick prompt slop.

Youtube either fucked something up or made another annoying change, where every 5th or so recommended video is some asinine <1k views video unrelated to anything I watch

It would be less cancerous if it were at least more random. Youtube has a habit of recommending the same videos repeatedly until you click or tell it "not interested"
