Brush yes, twice a day no
Replying to taxes #tzfi Considering doing an @ everyone for this but I think I won't Really important survey I thought of! I heard it's becoming more common in America and the western world in general for people to not brush their teeth! So I wonder:
The more I've learned about dentistry, the more it seems in need for some actual science
The same way people shit on the 80s/90s understanding nutrition and the food pyramid
I just brush with water and my electric toothbrush once a night unless I forget
I would use toothpaste if I could find that in stores
mint tastes like shit
Mint was literally a psyop to associate clean with a taste to get you to buy product
I'd do that over mint
mint genuinely is one of the worst flavours that exists
Max and I import our toothpaste, so it has novamin instead of fluoride
Flavourless should be the default
will the silly kids flavour brands existing as a side thing

I'm curious what that split looks like
I do that occasionally but less than brushing

I mean, I think 100% of people do it less than brushing
You'd be insane if you did the reverse

I hate electric toothbrushes and waterpicks
But that's a preference thing, I assume they work just fine for people
electric toothbrushes are good
Waterpick I've never used but my dentice swears by them being super effective
Replying to Mini #mini6030 My mom bought a water pick and it never gets used. Hell we might have thrown it out
I threw out my fancy electric toothbrush from years ago
Got sold on them being super great, and just hated them
When they snap
Every 6-12 months or so I change the head on mine
I use these nice wooden ones, but I snap them about once a month while brushing
based on how it looks
Do you shave scrape your tongue?
I use the free dentist ones as a rubber band gun
Most of them are these little handheld ones that literally shave your tongue
I think these U ones are meant to be better
Just drink acidic drinks to burn the top layer of your tounge
no sraping required
