if we were in Elementary School, you'd get a prize from the bonus bin
I think not having chicken/nuggets is a minor loss for them against Mcdonalds
but with the price differences, I can't see that being a major hang-up for most people
Shortlist of fast food with above-average or better fries:
Arby's
Bojangles
Chick-fil-A (borderline)
Five Guys (borderline)
Popeyes
And if you include niche places:
A&W
Carl's Jr./Hardes
Checkers/Rally's
Freddy's
I think most other fries are mid, or are carried by the dipping sauce
and arguably, Chick-fil-A is borderline

which I get most of the time over fries
I don't think I've ever had good mcdonalds fries
sonic fries are carried by cheese sauce
since when you go to sonic, you pour that on everything anyway
I like Canes fries too, but I'm not going to pretend I'm ever thinking about eating plain Canes fries

Arby's is one of the only places where I think the fries are unironically S tier
and would order them on their own
