I bought ice cube trays at the dollar store when I went in for more sponges the other day

so I figured I might as well freeze some ice cubes
I fried Ice
sorry baked
no oil was used
I made some french bakeds for dinner tonight
This joke does not land because it was just Polu getting mad at me
He will see this later and be mad
The french invented it, and I put it in an air fryer (convection oven), thus, it is a french fry
Pika, can we get you an air fryer, that uses a vat of oil to aid in the heat transfer from the air
I saw a deep fryer set for like 20 bucks, but I decided I was fat enough and opted not to buy the deep fryer
Replying to Phijkchu_Pikachu #klombak I saw a deep fryer set for like 20 bucks, but I decided I was fat enough and opted not to buy the deep fryer
The real reason is that deep fryers are a pain in the ass
and expensive
I'll break out a deep pot and fry stuff on occasion, and I always feel genuinely bad about spending $15 on the oil
I buy random niche kitchen stuff whenever I see it for a good price that I think would be funny to have, but yeah, a deep fryer seemed like a bad idea
I'd love if I could buy oil for restaurant prices, but you just can't
The 30 dollar slow cooker I bought only because it was 60% off was the best purchase of random kitchen stuff I technically didn't need
I have made some good roasts with it
I think a crockpot/pressurecooker/slowcooker is required tbh

Find a resturant depot hook up
Its really not Spooky, its neat, but you can do like 70-80% of things without one
same tier as a toaster, microwave, etc.
I have used my toaster as much as my slow cooker (not often)
not as high as a pan/heat source obviously
Microwave I use a lot
or a fridge
Air fryer I use a lot becuase its easy for cooking certain things, I use my stove whenever it makes sense to obviously
coffee maker > toaster > crock pot > microwave > blender
in terms of use for me
Coffee maker is at the botton because I do not drink coffee
and I do not own one
I bought a kettle specifically just to make hot chocolate, so I only use it 3 months out of the year
I also have a water boiler, but that's 100% just a nice to have and not required
oh grill
where do I rank that
If I could have a grill, I would get one. Not allowed to do that on my balcony
I think that's probably below microwave, but I like having it a lot
My mom bought a toaster oven recently, she's been enjoying it
Her stove fucking died, so it is what is being used in the interum
my microwave is a 2-in-1, really good toaster oven as well, which I think I use more than I actually use the microwave part of it
idk why, I just rarely have things to microwave anymore
other than melting butter for baking
I microwave reheat shit I cooked previously sometimes
When I get a lot of ground beef for cheap, I end up making something like 20-30 homemade burgers, and just freeze them
I usually just use the microwave to reheat those
Most meats I just reheat in my air fryer like Rusp though
I can't think of any other appliances that are even sorta on that required list
I have a mandoline which I bought as ameme and make homemade chips with
