1 active for years
2 active currently
3 formerly active or sporadically active
Actually, yeah you know what, I am fine with people who were hyper active who died being notable

I still have no idea who carolina creeper is other than him being in phijkchu quest

that's kind of what I think that lowest tier should be
idk how to quantify when someone was active "enough" to warrent it otherwise
Can we move everyone who is active in other servers but not super active in this one down to tier 2 actually
