idk, I feel like I've known people who had a snap like that while in college, where after a week of zero sleep and pulling their hair out they get super hopeless and give off that energy
if she's been doing this for 5 years straight though....
I think it's partially people who need someone external (family) to be their stop brake, or else they just spiral like this
