You rewrite 1/x as the integral of e^(-sx), then use Fubini's theorem to justify why you can swap the integrals
Also valid, but you are expected to do it the real analysis way

That one involves converting it to a sum, coverting that sum to an integral of an indicator function so you can justify swapping the order of the integral and the limit
