We've had the chicken cooking debate many times ik
But I'm curious why chicken became the only meat that's ever deep fried
It's chicken, organ meat, and fish/shellfish
Oh, country-fried steak
ig there is one way to fry beef
Country fried steak is very regional dependent
You need good southern gravy
When you get it in Maryland and it's covered in marinara sauce
It makes me want to cry
ngl, Outback goes hard tho
They fry everything in their bloomin onion batter now
I'm sure they'd do a steak too if you asked
