However don't worry if you aren't or don't trust them to not spend it on something better, any and all support counts.
this matters sorta, but gifting copies is 90% as good and is a lot lower friction than trying to give people money to buy it themselves
imo, I'd say to just do the normal thing and gift copies if that's easier
which is an absolutely massive way to support the game, don't undersell that

Yeah unfortunately, as much as I am absolutely enjoying the game, it's really not something I can suggest to anyone I know.

I also want to say that I'm a huge fan of the cooking-save system.
Save systems are so hard to balance. Being able to infinitely save anywhere is busted, but losing a ton of progress if you have to return to a save a while back sucks.
I guess you don't need to save the game then haha

well pika now that the game is released that is something i might look at
it was a known thing for a bit but the time priorities were elsewhere
then there's also the fact that it can just be thought of as an in-universe bug
