I do dislike how since Windows 7, it's been really hard to universally change sort defaults in explorer
Lmao at it trying to make me run things as apps
taskbar was full of apps to download via the microsoft store
yeah, don't fuck with anything from the Windows store
UWP versions are worse and often behind the normal version you get off the web
winget stuff is getting better, and some is ok
usually 1st party MS stuff is fine that way
Almost done my uninstalls, then I can install the 3 or 4 things I actually need

I mostly cared about undoing what retarded changes they made from 10 I could, and removing bloat tbh
right click menu is 90% of what I think is bad
you can easily change most other stuff in appearance settings
the AI snapshopt thing they're relling out will be opt-in, and just disable telemetry in general
Idk what the rightclick one is since I changed it before even checking, and taskbar left align was the first thing I did lol

When I eventually set up my next computer, I'm going to try hard to have Obsidian be my go-to for everything
because I think I fuck myself more often then not by having 100 loose .txt files I made in notepad randomly
I like notepad++
That is what I use if I am doing anything more than a very basic note
