so like what makes you ineligible to have a permit to be allowed to take the test for a permit? is it just like a illegal immigrant filter or some shit like that?

Some of the most common speeds I see around here are 45-55mph (72-88kmph) for main roads and 20-25mph (32-40kmph) for residential. I’m guessing it’s closer to the lower end since he said the guy that hit him was going about 80mph (128kmph)

to use MPH, residential is typically 25-30, main roads go from 30-45 and then large roads that don't have exits go from 45-60. Highways range from 55-70

Last time I got pulled over for speeding, I was going about 140 kmph
I've never been pulled over for pure speeding, but the main highway in Virginia I95 you can easily go 90-100mph on it most of the time (145-160kmph)

well its not like the car designer is gonna shell out extra money just to make a car able to sustain those speeds smoothly when nobody is supposed to be going that fast in the first place

my guarantor needed to send a different thing in than what she sent, we were told to send it yesterday or today by 9am, so we dealt with it last night at like 4pm. The email to her said it could be uploaded to the website or attached via email. Their website was not letting her upload the file so she chose to email it. I have heard nothing back so I emailed the leasing admin to ask if everything was all good on our end, and I get this back
