I didn't watch boogie way back, but once he started the "I'm being open about my sexual life" I feel like he lost most people's favour
every time I'd see him, it would be as a guest on a podcast/stream, just detailing graphic fat people sex
The main thing that got people to turn on him was when people realized the "nice friendly fat guy" persona he was doing for years was fake
and that he was actually a pretty vicious person
people liked his rage skits though
even I had seen a couple of those
Yeah, but people seperated those from him as being an act
when he pivoted from doing those, and was doing his casual streams where he pretended to be wholesome chungus, people believed that was true for years
until like 5-6 years ago where that act fell apart, and he's been spiraling ever since
that was probably around the sex stuff, I think it was longer than 5-6 years ago though
his rationale was "I want to be more real"
and "real" translated to weird and edgy, for attention's sake
