Question Vinny, did you or anyone in the store get a ladder out and fix it when it started dripping in the early morning?
I feel like a dollar store would probably have some tape on offer
I vote they should leave it until corperate is forced to fix it
I like the image of Vinny+co all gathered round holding buckets trying to catch the drops
like a mario party minigame
Call xbrox for the button mashing one
that'll fix it
It was steph this morning until I got there at 10:30, good luck getting her to do something like that, the cashiers were busy ringing customers and corporate refused to send somebody for hours
Not to mention, we don’t have a ladder tall enough to reach the ceiling
Much less the roof outside
For you, they'd need to send a massive ladder too
Another one bites the dust
So Vinny, why has no one taken the ceiling tiles down yet
it will reduce the mess caused comapred to them falling apart and exploding everywhere
also ^^
you can probably even do that without a ladder, but also, how the fuck do you guys not have a ladder for your drop ceiling

You’re asking way too much for this cheap ass company LMFAO
ok Polar
think fast
you come into work and the roof is leaking
what do you do
@Phijkchu_Cynnydaquil did any of the other ceiling tiles fall down, can we get an update picture
The rain has been off for like a week and a half
I took this right before I left
Which was about an hour ago
Just got this pic from the closing manager
Vinny
can I ask
why didn't you take the tiles down
like, they all clearly did that thing we talked about hours ago, where they exploded and made a mess you're going to have to clean up
like, just get a broom, stick it up and poke the tile out
you don't even need a super tall ladder, your normal stocking cart would have been fine
also, that doesn't look like a pipe leak, it looks like AC condensation
because your ducts are not insulated, that's not cheap to fix, so corporate will probably just tell you to turn the AC off or set it at like 80-85
yeah, I've had this happen, unseasonable heat+humidity
but the actual fix is to wrap the AC ducts in insulation (like they should be)

Well part of it is that once I was off the clock and out the building, it's not my problem anymore
I don't hate you either rusp
