None besides the snakebites anymore. I had the tops of my ears pierced, the cartilage, but about a year after I got them pierced I started developing hypertrophic scarring. Had to get that shaved off by a dermatologist. Haven't gotten any piercings since then. Also doesn't help that the dude who did my piercings - and all my sister's and brother's piercings - died afterward.

I'm sure people have done it, but it's a horrible idea. I know you can get your perineum pierced somewhat safely if you're extremely hygienic, and I've heard of people essentially piercing the top of their asscrack, but anal piercings, I've not really heard of or seen, and I hope very few people ever try it.
