no, they 1000% bill you
I can see NYC jewing them out of cash
for police prescence
if it's more than "I need a token police presence"
Yeah, thats the difference for me fire
Replying to Spooky Phijkchu #spooky.131 no, they 1000% bill you
NYPD has a full "entertainment division"
in this case, I actually think he probably knew better
the guy in NYC 100% did
like Max said
the other guy probably not so he should not have been charged
whats the limit though
if you know you are getting 40 people, but 100 show up, is it now illegal
Max, I really, thoroughly disagree with you
on that you need to have the state fascilitate gatherings of a certain size legally
can they say no though?
and set rules for your gathering?
Typically most laws come down to "would a reasonable person expect this to end up in a bad manner". So it depends on the situation
I agree with that a little, that you may have some liability
if your group does something bad
but I still think.... charge the actual person who did it
solves 99% of cases
H O W
this is like any of the political/BLM riots though
they don't arrest everyone
but when someone does something really bad
like brick the police
they surge foward and drag that guy out
You are not gaining a fanbase on causing riots though typically
so it would likely be the same 2k
idk what you think the problem is Max
is the problem that it gives famous people too much power?
