So I bought a lawnmower a week ago
It took 9 people to ring it up for me because nobody knew the process
The girl that was finally able to figure out how to buy the lawnmower then did not know how to setup delivery
She fucked it up somehow and scheduled it 2 weeks out
I had to go back to the store the next day to try and find someone else to help me fix it
The store said the mower that I bought that was sitting outside was being handled by a different store, so I was told I had to go to another random fucking store across town
They help me there and get the order setup for delivery yesterday
Surprisingly enough, the wrong store figures out they don't have that mower that I bought
Delivery delayed and rescheduled today while the dumbasses fix it
Today they come to drop it off
Truck drops off the wrong item
....
Bundle of lumber not a lawn mower
Complain to hd, they said they'll try to fix it but now it might not deliver again till tomorrow
