today i had a dream in which I was in some weird english university, except the only building was an auditorium that was directly connected to the dorms. i was in my room when suddenly there was a giant cat jumping onto the bed, which was annoying so i put it down. then a giant red dog came up and jumped onto the bed. i tried to get him off but it was difficult because he was giant and scary. then i had an out of body scene change where some demon girl character was talking about how they had left their 2 pets and a tip to my dorm to take care of them. anyway i kept trying to get the dog off the bed by calling to him. i called him "red dog" because he was a red dog, which caused me to realize that he was a red dog, like red dogg. i then pulled out my phone to tell this server that i saw a red dogg in my dream, at which point i realzed i was in a dream and woke up.

There are a couple factors at play. In both of these, you have two colors. There's only one poll for each set of two colors, so I don't know for certain how much this matters. If the 50/50 poll was ran again in a week with it being red & yellow, it could yield more information, but without it, I can't say for sure. Anyway, there are a couple factors at play. There's the psychological discrepancies, on whether someone will pick what is logically more likely to happen, or whether they're more inclined to imagine a less likely scenario and pick what would be less likely to happen, realistically. When you balance that out to 50/50, the color could provide some additional subconscious choice, but I'm not certain about that part; it could be as simple as people just pick whichever pops into their head first, and the color or an association with a color actually has no bearing in that case.
