I've never heard of someone enjoying their first shrooms experience

If not counting the first two times where I took so little that I actually experienced nothing, I had a mildly pleasant experience when I tried it. It's not really something I'd want to do again - it wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't euphoric or anything - but it was interesting.
Drugs bad
The safe way to use them is not to use them
The first few of those are not mind altering substances, though I agree that caffeine should be limited
I don't and have never drank coffee for the same reason I make fun of people who use drugs
You can't avoid caffine in general though
I don't really care about physical addiction and physical damage
