2nd to last boss is one of the best in the game

but it's very hard as a ranged character

I laughed so hard

it's weird

when he comboed me the first time

i like how last 2 areas are copy and pasted enemies

every boss in the game favors ranged

then second to last

just full on dicks on range

I can definatly see that

he spams arena wide aoes and constantly runs at you

you can't really cast much

no time to buff too

you gota go close

when he buffs

>not buffing pre-fight

well no shit

he takes 10 years to walk at you

but some buffs only lasts 1 minute

so unless you beat him in under a minute

on my faith playthrough i always casted my buffa before entering, then just ran in, three shot his first phase

(which is how I did it basically lol)

then spent forever on his second phase

I comboed the shit out of p1 every time

because aoes and runnning galore

his jump is very punishable

the jump is really

I managed to stagger him like 2 attacks into p2

his only punishable attack

and then just wacked him when he tried to buff

other than the two fisrs

it was actualkly cheating

the boss before him is also very good

not the npc one

yeah I agree

the actual boss

it feels bullshit but it is really really good

it's just very

very bad for buffing in p2 so I took it slow on that phase

I spent a good few hours just

practicing p1

to learn how to roll

phase one is easy though

so I could focus on p2

it's very punishable

yeah it ended up not being a big issue
